about
In 2021, FBC Weston began building a network of like-minded pastors in Eastern Cuba who are dedicated to expository preaching of the Word, biblical discipleship, and the proclamation of the gospel. Since then, the Lord has blessed and expanded this ministry beyond our initial expectations. Today, we partner with over 45 churches across Eastern Cuba, working to strengthen and encourage pastors and their congregations alike. Our ministry offers pastoral care and financial support, theological and seminary training, assistance with church planting, and the organization of conferences and retreats. We also focus on children’s and youth ministries and provide essential resources for pastors, their families, and their churches.

To glorify God by strengthening, equipping, and multiplying healthy local churches in Cuba, centered on the expository preaching of the Word, biblical discipleship, and the proclamation of the gospel.
How We Accomplish Our Mission
1. Supporting Pastors
We walk alongside them through prayer, counsel, pastoral care, and ministry fellowship so that they may faithfully persevere in the work of the Lord. We minister to the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of pastors and their families, providing doctrinal training, theological education, pastoral mentorship, and practical tools to develop healthy churches centered on the Bible.
2. Developing a Partnership Between Pastors
We foster a community of fellowship, accountability, cooperation, and mutual support among pastors who believe the church must be built according to God’s design through the faithful preaching of His Word and the power of the Holy Spirit.
3. Strengthening Local Churches for the Glory of God
We equip congregations in biblical preaching, discipleship, congregational worship, family ministry, leadership, and evangelism according to the biblical model of the local church.
4. Promoting Missions Centered on the Local Church
We help develop churches that make disciples, send missionaries, and proclaim the gospel from their own communities to the ends of the earth.
