Worship Ministries
Eastern Baptist Convention of Cuba
We have a long-standing relationship and partnership with the Eastern Baptist Convention of Cuba. We send a team of worship leaders and musicians down each year to teach and train hundreds of Cuban worship leaders through the worship division of the convention. We support them financially, with leadership development, professional musical expertise, instruction, and through mutual encouragement.
THANK YOU so much for choosing to register your child for our 2018 Vacation Bible School at First Baptist Church at Weston. Our desire is for you and your children to have a wonderful experience with our church. In order to do so, we want to clearly communicate our goals for the week to ensure that you are aware of what they are before you complete registration. First, we are a Bible believing Christian church that is committed to sharing the Christian message as we have been commanded to do so by our Lord Jesus Christ in the New Testament. Second, the Vacation Bible School exists to provide us the opportunity to share this message with children already associated with our church, as well as those in our community that choose to join us for this special week. Third, we intend to share this message of hope and salvation with all of the children who attend our Vacation Bible School. Fourth, we will be encouraging all of the children who attend our Vacation Bible School to place their faith in Jesus Christ in an age appropriate manner. Finally, we plan to follow up with the parents of every child that has questions about the Christian message of salvation, or who makes a spiritual commitment during the course of the week. This last one is vitally important, as our goal is to work together with you as a parent in this process.
If you understand our goals for the Vacation Bible School at First Baptist Church at Weston, and will allow us to communicate with you following the event as necessary, please indicate that agreement by checking the box below and proceeding with registration. We are looking forward to a wonderful week!
